It certainly does: Þ. And Alt-0254: þ. And yes, I'm responding
(contrary to my usual practice) via the web interface, using Firefox.
Of course, it does have to be on a Windows system. And it's a
nuisance to remember the numbers, so I much prefer Allchars
(<http://allchars.zwolnet.com/>).
