Bitch is supposed to be Germanic bekkyo
French biche "female deer" is related to Latin Bestia "beast".
It's a word used by hunters.
It 's supposed to be from Vulgar latin *bistia > bisse
and the -iche was taken from other words caniche, pouliche.

Bicho is also supposed to be from *bestius

What is the root of bitch? Is it from French biche?
In Spanish bicho is a ubiquitous slang word with lots
of different meanings, depending on the region:
"insect, vermin, wierdo, pervert, penis, young child"
And in Portuguese bicha is a strong insult against
gays
Where is from in Romance? Is it related to *bukko?
