If I was ambiguous,
I will make it clear the following examples are Cognates
not at all a substrate.

As far as a "distinction" should be made between PAA and PIE,
I consider that PIE is included in PAA and is the northern branch of
PAA. So that any ""distinction"" (or ""opposition"") is basically absurd.
