For Dacian we have:
Dacian *timBisis [att.Tibisis,Tibisia] > Rom.Timish
Dacian *mBudzeus [att.Musaios] > Rom.Buzau

where is semantically empty? I mean,in what words?

I have said, in general, PIE *h1en-b > Alb mb is OK
