Compare, in particular, the Albanian words for 'sturgeon', Tosk bli,
bliri, Geg blî, blini < *bHl.no- (cf. Gmc. *Bulla(-n)- 'bull'), which
throws light on the structure of Gk. pHálle:, pHál(l)aina, as well as
pHállos (all from *bHl.-n..).
