I meant just root-cognates, not exact matches for Gmc. *salBo: <
solpáh2. TB s.alype, TA s.älyp have old e-vocalism (like Alb. gjalpë);
we can reconstruct PToch. *s.&lype < *selpos- (a neuter es-stem).
