There are three points that should say "This website is not to be
trusted":
1) There was no "o" in Etruscan.
2) The use of "definite" and "clearly" with a theory; the author has
obviously never heard of "false friends", like "bekommen" in German (to
suit, to be fitting) and "to become" [in the sense of to transform into
something] in English.
3) "Lightnings". The author does not have a very strong grasp of
English to make such a mistake .

That being said, I am attracted to the idea. Could it also be that the
Tarchuns, (i.e. the rulers, the Tarquins) got their name from being,
supposedly, descendents of Tarhunt?
