*H3ek'u-peteH2 > *atsupeta: > *tsupta > Rom c^uta ~ Alb sutë 'doe

has the following issues:

1. Romanian didn't lost the initial a- in that position, and the
lost of the initial a- in Albanian belong to Roman Times (Alb rrem)

based on this *a-tsupeta: is not possible to give Romanian c^ut&

2. *tsu (from *k'u or not) didn't give c^u in Romanian see tsurca,
tsundra etc...

ONLY *tsu: > c^u in Romanian via *tsu: > *tswu > *c^u

So: c^ut&, c^unti, c^uc~a, c~ac^ul~a, c^ucure are originated
from a long u: inside

based on this *a-tsu-peta: with short-u is not possible to give
Romanian c^ut&

3. -pt- is preserved in Romanian but the form is c^ut& not c^upt&
and contractions like pet > pt did not preceed pt > t in Proto-
Albanian : as a result there was no pet > pt in this word

based on this *atsu-pet-a: is not possible to give Romanian c^ut&

So when I say 'non-sense' Abdullah , this was due to all these...
