Hittite -ili(s) name suffix; Indo-European???

I'd like to know if the suffix in names like Hantilis and Hattusilis is
Indo-European in origin. I know that Hanti- meant "frontmost"
or "highest" and "Hattus" was the capital, Hattusa(s).

I also have read that Suppiluliuma(s) meant "Holy well".
