I would reconstruct:

N. *wé/wé: *yú/yú:
GD. *noh1 *woh1
A. *n°h1wé, *noh1 *uh1wé, *woh1

*woh1/noh1 is unaccented. Some people prefer to reconstruct *h3 in the
dual instead of *h1. In my opinion, there were no other cases, or if there
were, they can't be reconstructed.
