I have just cited, as anyone can see. I think that preform should be
*mlit-ta: for Alb bletë and melit-ta: for Greek one.
Nevertheless, I think that I found new examples of dental + dental >
dental:

*ghedh- `to join, unite, fit'. 1. Alb gaj/gjaj `to resemble, look
like, pattern' from *ghedh-n-yo, but much more with prefixed form n-
gjaj/për-ngjaj `id.'. 2. Alb gjedhe (pluralia tantum) `pattern,
model' from lengthened o-grade form *gho:dh-eH2, cf. Germanic
*go:daz `fitting, suitable'. 3. Alb gjasë `chance, opportunity,
probability, likelihood' from suffixed o-grade form *ghodh-ti-a: . 4.
Alb ngé < ngae `time, leisure' from *H1en- + *ghodh-o- (cf. Alb
be `oath' and besë `trust, faith') semantically related to Slavic
god& etc. (Pokorny ghedh- 423.)

*g'hel- `to shine'. 1. Alb glasë `bird dropping, guano; flybow' from
*g'hlo-ti-a: .. 2. Alb dhelpër `fox' from *g'help-VnV, etc.

*steud- `to push, stick, knock, beat'. Alb shtyj `to push, incite,
urge' from *stu:d-n-yo, but *stu:d-ti-a: > Alb shtysë `push,
impetus, impulse, dynamics': OHG sto:zan `to push' etc.
Otherwise, -ti- as suffix is added to verbal roots, forming abstract
nouns as well as -a:.
