As one can see from Greek huster 'womb' and hustros 'stomach' and
from Toch B wästarye `liver', as well as from Albanian
cullë 'stomach', both *ud- and *uds- take part in 'stomach' words.
In Albanian form one must take account on aphaeresis of unstressed
initial /u/ and oldest outcome of *-ds-/-ts- > -c-.
I am aware that Hamp once proposed the change -tt- > -s-, but later
he give up from such assumption, as in Alb besë 'faith, trust', that
now derives from *bhoidh-t-ya:, so not from *bhoidh-ta:.
