Those of you that are interested in ancient Celtic personal- and
place-names should take note of this new publication from Cambrian
Medieval Celtic Studies (CMCS); the CD containing (in MS Word format)
the searchable indexes of place-names and personal-names (courtesy of
Xavier Delamarre) and glosses (courtesy of Graham Isaac) from
Whatmough's Dialects of Ancient Gaul, as well as the headwords from
Holder's Altceltischer Sprachschatz (available in two formats -
alphabetically sorted and the original order) is worth the cost alone.

Cousin's book, while a bit over-inclusive (like the AcS itself, it
contains some names that are certainly not Celtic) and somewhat dated,
still remains a useful appendix to the AcS (many of the place name
entries include alternate ancient spellings and, where identifiable,
the modern forms of the names).
