No, things are different stem-finally. The infixed forms are
*dm.nah2-ti, *tl.nah2-ti from *demh2- and *telh2-, but *g^n.noh3-ti,
*str.noh3-ti, *pl.neh1-ti from *g^noh3-, *sterh3-, *pleh1-, preserving
the root-final laryngeal.
