"drømdæ mik en drøm"

In modern Norwegian you can say: Drømte meg en drøm.

I think this is a remniscent from the time when pronominal subjects
could be expressed only by the verbal form. The subject is therefore
not expressed explicitly. When the subject is 1.p.sg you can still
omit it in modern Norwegian in colloquial speech.

When you are dreaming something, you actually do something with
yourself, hence the accusative "mik".

An althernative explanation might be that the accusative and dative
had begun to fall togehther in one form, and that "mik" therefore is
to be interpreated as an indirect object.

The word "drøm" is the product of the werb, hence accusative also here.
