Oh. Thanks for the explanation. I didn't realize things were so easy nowadays in the internet age. I tend to forget what a great and ready resource it is, I always tend to assume that all knowledge is only available in obscure, voluminous, and dusty books. Thanks for the edification.

rather well-known: . I
was actually using Google to try to track down and confirm a
different quotation, one that I found in Cleasby & Vigfusson
s.v. , when I stumbled across the Heimskringla
citation, but I could simply have searched on-line for
finite forms of : an awful lot of ON material is
available. E.g., ,
(especially
Norrøne kildetekster), and
(the top link, 'Teksty',
though some are available only in Russian).
