Chinese dairy again

PTB *su:r/*swa:r "sour/be acid"
PTB *s-kyu:r/*s-kywa:r "sour/be acid"

cf. Russian syr "cheese". It's a Northwestern IE word: Balto-Slavic
and Germanic.

The *ky-/*s- alternation is unusual in Proto-Tibetan. Pulleyblank, for
other reasons, proposes an proto-PIE rule *kI -> *s in his attempt to
set up a Proto-PTB-IE language.
