a) Sergei, Slavic *c^initi is fully OK to be derived from *kWei- 'to
arrange'(see also Derksen on Leiden too -> *c^initi < *kwei-n-)
The OCS meaning (the oldest attested one) is 'arrange, construct' from
here 'to make, carry out, act' as its second meanings are fully
understandable.

b) However to pass next from 'to arrange' -> 'to make' -> ..until..-

Trying to accept 'your' etymology for *pric^ina, I have only asked you
what is the role of the preffix *pri- in the PIE proposed construction
*pri + *kWi + *-n- (because *kWi + *no- would mean only 'arranged,
done' so from 'an arrangement' to 'a problem, a trouble' is still a
long distance.

More easy I could understand that if I ask/request you something
<<*prk'-no>> => I could (sometimes) create you a trouble/a problem
*pric^ina (like in this case, isn't it? :) )

To come back: my question was: if the preffix *pri 'can receive' in
Slavic some secondary meanings (like 'to disturb' etc)...to can explain
this construction, because if it means only 'at' this will not help us
a lot.

Thanks again for your feedback,
