There is a great deal of nonsense here. For example,

< Vulfila> ~ < Wulfila> is not < Vul-fila> , as you seem to

think, but < Vulf-ila> : < -ila> is a diminutive suffix.

If you believe that "vulf" (wolf) is a single (undividable) unit you could be right. Obviously its just not the case here. See "belbelus" above.
