Dear Alex, to my view, <i/e ngatë> 'relative, akin' is a prefixed
form of <gat->.

If we talk for concordances, I think that we have to deal with Pre-
Romanian, Dacian, that, to me, was just other dialect of Illyrian,
as Albanian.
