But in Skt. ks.udrá- the presence of /r/ cannot be doubted: you can
actually see it there, and the only possible sources for the final *-rá-
are *-ró- and *-ló- (the latter ulikely, given the comparative, which as
far as I know does not correlate with *-ló- words). I don't see an extra
/r/ in <sorrë> -- the spelling just indicates a strong rhotic, not a
double one. Of the several possible sources of this -rr- I choose the
one that gives the best fit with extra-Albanian evidence.
