The Alb. rem 'copper' (Rom. aramã < Balkan Latin a(:)rame < Latin
aeramen' shows us that the lost of initial a happened in Alb 'at
least after the first wave of Latin Loans' ...

So for the PAlb/Dacian? word *ac^(i:)u: 'eye' the initial a- has for
sure there in 'Decebal's Times' ( 87-106 CE (thanks again Miguel for
CE))

So you can remove write PAlb. *ac^u: in place of PAlb (a)c^u:
