It's quite alright. University is itself a mental
illness and if left unchecked for say, four years
or so, its effects on mental health can be quite
irreversible :)
-- There's actually much more to the story (with details about very suspicious phenomena spanning practically my entire lifetime, and suspicious deaths, and a near-death experience, and many questionable and falsified official documents, but everyone but me will lump these as evidence of my paranoia and mental disturbance - it's a very disturbing story, let me tell you), but I know this group is not a forum for sharing psychiatric stories or personal life histories. Yet like you, my psychiatrists blamed it all on the "stresses and strains of university".Andrew
