IPA is an international standard that qualified
linguists are fully aware of. What do you think the
"I" in IPA stands for? Ignoramus?

Like Brian, I was also amazed that anyone could think
such a thing after ten years of plaguing the internet
with post after post of crap in every known
linguistic forum known to humankind.
