The rest of us know that the use of glottal stops
actually has nothing to do, in a broad sense, with
social class in English. Otherwise the Spice Girls
are part of the "lowest classes" and are to my
utter shock "faking Britishness". I did not know
the Spice Girls were Turkish, Patrick. Tell us more.
