What I meant to get across is that he thinks of the Proto-Finno-Ugrian
as a lesser, as less advanced, less honourable, so I guess that *kWrmi
would connote about that idea.

Er, I know that *wos is you (plural), but what does the *-no- part
attach to the meaning? What does *wosno mean? The Pokorny dictionary
doesn't seem to have it.
