It's not even expected by anyone but you. While I
reconstruct Proto-Steppe *-uh, *u cannot labialize
*h in an unaccented (or alternatively, 'non-initial')
environment. Hence IndoTyrrhenian 1ps essive *-ah
and 1ps perfect *-h-e (> IE 1ps perf *-xe & mpass
1ps *-xo-r).

There are simply no suffixes in IE that can be proven
which have a word-final labialized phoneme, whether
it be *hW (*h3), *kW, *gW or *gHW.

Hence, the optimal views are that the 1ps thematic
is either:

1) *-o:
2) *-oh2

I like number one the most.
