The plural in -uri is used just for neutra. One cannot make an plural
in -uri for a masculine noun as "butuc" but there is the regular plural
in "-i", thus with the soft "c^". Sg "butuc" pl. "butuci".

Neutra uses indeed the -uri as in "foc"-"focuri", "joc"-
"jocuri", "loc"-"locuri" etc.
