The only IE element I actually think I see is the ending of the names,
such as -sin and -a, if that really is the ending. This is the dialect
of the area near the norwegian border which has produced these words
and since nobody here can explain its grammar I must take it to
whatever grammatical "authority" I know. Am I right, is the ending of
any of these words an IE ending? Are -sin, -a and -n typical of IE
place names?
