I wouldn't if it's not very very cheap. It gets cited a lot and is widely
known but in my opinion it's not a very good book. The author writes very
unclearly and the book is useful only because of the literature or becose
all the laws are written down there in the same place. According to my
experience with the book, if you already do not know what some law is, you
will have hard time finding that out from the book itself.
