They look identical and it is enough to have suspicion about their
same origin.

I have never denied that are related Alb. <modhull> 'yellow vetchling
(Lathyrus ophaca)' and Rom. <madzãre>, for we have the rule: Alb. /ll/
<-> Rom. <r> and Alb. /dh/ <-> Rom. /(d)z/ as well in other words. In
Alb. <ajo> 'she, this one' and Rom. <aia> 'she, that one' I can't find
any established rule.
