and 2nd sg. (> 3rd sg.) -r (R) from -z.

Nonsense, I realised shortly after, since -z should appear only in
the nom.sg., but at least one might see it as a generalisation of
existing *-z in North Germanic, as opposed to *-z > *-s in other
branches.
