Romanian "c�runt" (gray, person with gray hairs) is considered to be the
output of Latin "canutus" with rothacism of intervocalic "n" since we
are not aware of other examples where one has rothacism of intervocalic
"s" for deriving it directly from *kas; the other "n" in "c�runt"(<
*canuntus=canutus) is considered probably as an infix.
