You know it just occurred to me that I forgot at least one
other process besides RUKI that led to retroflexes in Indo-
Aryan: The clusters *c^t, *j^d, and *j^dh became in Satem
*s^t, *z^d, and *z^dh respectively, thereby merging with,
and thereafter undergoing all of the same changes as, the
clusters arising from *st, *zd, and *zdh after RUKI.
