No. It's clear that in Armenian the velars merge with the
palatals after u: *ug > uc, *uk > us. E.g. yugom > luc,
dhug-&-ter- > dukter- > dustr; leukos > loys.

I can't think of any examples of *gh, or of any examples
involving labiovelars.
