Well okay, then *deu- could be connected to /tva/ then. However,
this would imply MIE *t:eu- and ultimately the same in IndoTyr.
So *t:eu- would regularly become Tyrrhenian *tu-. If you tack
*-a, you get the present *tuwa which would easily become
Etruscan /tva/ without problems. I have to look into that root
some more.
