Dear All,

In case you wonder if I'm still alive, I am. I apologise for neglecting the
list in the recent weeks, but because of various technical problems I
haven't got an Internet connection at my new place yet and I was cut off
from the list during my summer vacation. I can see you have been doing very
well without me, which is a good thing, and that I've missed a lot of
interesting dbate, which is a bad thing (at least for me). I'll be joining
the discussion soon.
