there is no problem with PIE "e:" and PIE "o:" Peter. They are reflected
indeed in Alb. trough "o" and "e". On the contrary, the Latin "e:" and "o:"
appears to have not made this change anymore, thus the phonetical process
was over as the ProtoAlbanians have got their first loans from Latin.
