It is unlikely that it did. Greek kh and k are kept distinct.
There is no connection between Gk. skia, schema, schizo, and schoinos.
skia < *sk'Hi Sanskrit chaya, Old Iceland ski
schema < *seg'h. It's a zero grade form, ultimately related to ekho:
"have"
schizo < *skei - d cf Saknskrit chindati, latin scindo OHG scizan etc
schoinos is not connected to any of them, and none are connected to a word
for tree.
