I admit that there is little to go on here but I see Tyrrhenian grammar
here. It's just disguised. The predominance of /-au/ looks to me like
a reflex of a former -al, the l-genitive seen in Etruscan. I'd say that
final /-l/ was "dark" and thus understandably ended up /-u/ in Camunic.
I also see /pueia/ (Etr /puia/ "wife").
