This resembles Sl. *mirU (~ *me^rU) 'peace etc.' ( < *me/oiH-ru-(?) <
*meiH- 'soft'), which seems to belong to the u-declension and at the
same time to the mobile paradigm (it's mobile in Standard Russian at
least).
