Obviously it is. Unfortunately I haven't the foggiest which "standard
texts dealing with Celtic etymology and phonology" you are referring
to. I'm no specialist on Celtic.

What I can't understand is why you want me, who don't know much about
Celtic, to vouch for Kuhn, when you can read and assess him yourself,
unless of course you have a problem reading German?
