Erh, sorry. I don't know. It's just that *t and *s to me
are dental (unless somebody has a reason to think that they
are something else in IE). Perhaps it's just me trying to
speak IE with a Parisian accent ;) So since *tW is labial...
labiodental springs first to mind just as *k is a velar
and thus *kW is a "labio-velar", misnomer or not.

But alright, I hear what you're saying, ya party pooper.
Labialized dentals from now on then. Happy? It will cut down
on my typing speed, but why not. But then Piotr's "dwental"
is both deliciously absurd and keystroke-efficient at the
same time. I like those qualities :)

Say, if conlangers haven't thought of this already, that
phoneme (along with other gems like a coarticulated
bilabial-uvular trill) certainly would be a perfect sound
