Nope, just developed myth. You can be your own father but not
biologicaly. Just due the relationship in the family.
Supposing one will marry his mother, then he is the husband of his
mother, acctually his own father.

So, it will work on the hierarchy of the relationship between humans,
but not on a biologically level.
