Aspiration is voicelessness. Why would a voiced (labio)velar
fricative leave aspiration, in this case voiced, i.e. the thing also
called murmur? I know of quite a few languages that have just lost
[G], and I would expect the same could be done with a rounded
counterpart of it. By the way, /G/ is often rounded itself.
