I indicate here one of the Romanian Linguist that sustain the
romanian /h/-substratual theory: it's name is Brîncus, Grigore
( member of Romanian Academy ).
At least it appears in a BIBLIOGRAPHY written by Eric Hamp (of
course, with another topic).
