But gods frequently engage in sibling marriages! Are you suggesting
that the Greek gods are therefore Egyptian? Sibling marriage is not
unknown amongst royalty. It can be tricky to check the details, as
I understand Athenians could marry their half-sisters, and clearly
Herodotus can't have counted that as sibling marriage.
