*wenh1-, to be precise. The o-grade must have occurred at least in the
causative *wonh1eje/o- (attested in Indo-Iranian). Pokorny assumes it for
Germanic lexemes containing *wan- 'habit, custom', '(get) accustomed', etc.,
but the semantics is problematic.
