Richard,

<Do we need to obtain Faucounau's book to find out his proposed
transliteration and translation>

I offer to scan and post the passages of your choice for the list,
as a Christmas / welcome / good will present : ) Then we can all
indulge, or not, in ritual massacres of poor Mr Faucounau's great
work. Your other questions here will then have more room for
answers. In the mean time, I will try hard to find and upload a
workable image of the raw material - the disk per se. The three
booklets are *not printed under the best technical circumstances, to
say the least. As quoted in the time-honored admin section, it seems
to me that we have gone a loooooong way : )
