No, no, this quote doesn't have anything to do with hats; it is
rather an amusing description of a glove from a person with a
neurological disorder that prevents him from remembering the word for
it. "The man who mistook his wife for a hat" is the name of the book
by the neurologist Oliver Sacks from which Miguel has quoted it.
